Plans for Liberty School
Michael and Toni Meier purchased Liberty School in 1990 and began the process of turning it into a home. They plan to keep the exterior appearance relatively unchanged. Renovation on the inside of the building is almost complete. The siding has been replaced on the outside.
The school is open to visitors on a regular basis.
Photos above taken before remodeling began. Photos below show some of the changes during the remodeling process. The ceiling was removed to make way for a vaulted ceiling and upper deck library area, office, bedroom & bathroom. The classroom area was converted into a kitchen & living room. The old boy's hallway is now the master bedroom & bath.
